Booking questions

Do I need a referral to book?

No. Book any service directly.

How soon can I get an appointment?

Usually within the week. Ear wax removal and employment tests are often available sooner.

What should I bring?

Your health card, a list of medications, any previous hearing test results, your insurance information if you have it, and your hearing aids if you wear them.

Can I bring someone with me?

Please do. A familiar voice helps during the test, and a second set of ears helps when we go through the results.
